Thank you for coming to our Open House event! It was wonderful to see the students showing off their hard work and progress to their loved ones. 

What's Going On In Class:

Math: 

Both Grades: Accelerated Math and Fraction review

Grade 4: Adding and Subtracting Negative Integers continued, Divisibility rules, Prime Factorization

Grade 5: Using Mathematical Tools (Protractor and Compass) to Construct Lines and Shapes

Writing:

Writing Game Rules and Directions, Letter Writing

Reading:

Literature Circles: Groups will be responsible for reading and discussing the book, as well as completing various comprehension exercises;  The Black Stallion  continued...

Arts:

"Arts Attack" Drawing lesson: Memory and Self-Expression

Theater class with Ms. Beret (Wednesday).
