- 4/17 School resumes. Welcome back! I hope you had a wonderful spring break!
- 4/26 Field trip to Gene Autry Museum. I can take 3 parent chaperones. Please email me at slc5001@lausd.net if you would like to attend. We will have a docent tour of the museum, classroom lesson on the gold rush, and students will get a chance to pan for gold.
- 4/28 Field trip to Leonis Adobe Museum. Chaperones have already been selected. (This trip was initially scheduled in January but cancelled due to rain - this is our rescheduled date.) This trip is a hands-on tour where student learn about life in the Rancho Era.
- Thank you to everyone who donated cleaning and health supplies to the classroom and for the design projects. We really appreciate it!
